RETURNS & GUARANTEE

If any of the LoexAir products do not live up to their claims, just send us an email at hello@loexair.com and you will be able to claim a full refund, provided it is within 60 days of delivery. 

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We're incredibly confident in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion, a product may be damaged during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at hello@loexair.com with proof of the defective product, and we will provide a choice of a free re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund on the purchase. Emails for a defective product must be sent within 60 days of delivery of the product. 

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  1. The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  2. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  3. The return request must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.

 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@loexair.com to request a return.
  2. Clearly state the reason for the return at the time of your request. Please note that the reason provided will be reviewed and cannot be changed once submitted.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

Upon Receipt and Inspection:

  1. If the product is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  2. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible. If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process above.
